The short version: I collect only what's needed to answer you and do the work, I don't sell anything to anyone, and client site access is treated with care.
Information you send me
When you email [email protected] or contact me through Upwork or LinkedIn, I receive whatever you include: typically your name, email address, website URL, and a description of your problem. I use it to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the service. It's never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Client site access
Engagements usually involve access to your WordPress admin and Google Search Console. That access is used only for the agreed work. Credentials are stored securely, never shared with third parties, and you're encouraged to revoke them when the project ends. Where possible I'll ask for a separate user account instead of your own login.
Information collected automatically
This site is a static website and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) may be kept by the hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to name the tool and what it records.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts and serves this website.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
- Upwork and LinkedIn handle their own data under their own privacy policies when you contact me there.
How long I keep things
Emails and project files are kept for as long as they're useful for the engagement and reasonable follow-up support, then deleted. You can ask me to delete your correspondence and data at any time.
Your rights
Wherever you live, the deal is the same: you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] and I'll handle it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
